ENQUIRIES ARE NOT BOOKINGS
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking, management appointment or other contract. Availability, fees, billing and event details remain subject to written confirmation and the relevant agreement. Stage Left Artists cannot bind an artist or approve expense on an artist's behalf without the artist's prior written authority.
ACCURATE INFORMATION
You must provide information that is accurate, lawful and supplied with authority. Do not use the website to send abusive, misleading, infringing or malicious material, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the service.
ARTIST INFORMATION
Roster, release and availability information is provided in good faith and may change. Public calendar entries show only approved public details. A listed date does not disclose private holds, fees, promoter information or internal notes.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Stage Left Artists name, website design, copy and original media are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Artist names, music and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may view and share links to the website but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.
EXTERNAL SERVICES
Links to agencies, music platforms, ticket providers and other third parties are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy practices apply, and Stage Left Artists is not responsible for their services or availability.
LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Stage Left Artists is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from use of the public website or reliance on information that has not been confirmed in a signed agreement.
LAW AND CHANGES
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. They are effective from 3 October 2026 and may be updated when the website or Stage Left services change. Booking and management relationships are governed by their own written agreements.
These public website policies describe the current service and do not replace the specific agreement used for a booking or management appointment.
